3. Orders & product availability

  • An order is an offer to buy. Acceptance occurs when we confirm the order.
  • Product images are illustrative; minor colour or texture differences may occur due to display settings and manufacturing batches.
  • We may cancel or limit orders if stock is unavailable, pricing is incorrect, or fraud is suspected. You will be notified and refunded where payment was taken.

4. Pricing

Prices are shown in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. We reserve the right to correct pricing errors. Discounts and coupons are subject to their stated rules.

5. Payment terms

  • Cash on Delivery (COD) — available where offered. Please keep the exact amount ready. Fake or repeated COD refusals may lead to COD restrictions.
  • Online payment (Razorpay) — processed by Razorpay. Successful payment confirmation is required before dispatch for prepaid orders.

6. Shipping & delivery

Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary by location, stock, and courier conditions. Risk of loss passes to you upon delivery to the address provided. Please ensure the shipping address and phone number are correct.

7. Cancellation

  • You may request cancellation before the order is packed or shipped, subject to status.
  • Once shipped, standard return rules apply instead of cancellation.
  • We may cancel orders for stock, address, payment, or fraud-related reasons.

8. Returns, refunds & warranty

Returns and refunds are governed by our Return & Refund Policy. Unless a separate manufacturer warranty applies and is stated on the product page, products are sold with a quality commitment at delivery; wear-and-tear and misuse are not covered.

9. User responsibilities

  • Do not misuse the website, attempt unauthorised access, or interfere with other users.
  • Do not post unlawful, abusive, or infringing content in reviews or messages.
  • Provide truthful information for orders and returns.

10. Intellectual property

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts in Faridabad, Haryana shall have exclusive jurisdiction, subject to mandatory consumer protections that may apply in your location.
